It is essential that the cylinder is empty ie the gas is fully discharged. Otherwise it is a safety risk to workers.

Note that cylinders from Australia & New Zealand are not compatible with Sodastreams purchased in the rest of the world including Singapore. Likewise they will not be accepted in local refill programs.
