IT peripherals can be recycled as e-waste. So can computer parts & components.
Peripherals are not, strictly speaking, regulated e-waste however they are permitted under the guideline that “ICT equipment can be disposed of together with their embedded batteries as well as any cables, adaptors, remote controls, and keyboards used with the product.” (source)
