Trash
Although these are listed as accepted in the blue bins, CDs contain trace amounts of metal and are made of polycarbonate plastic which is a #7 type plastic.
We are unclear as to why these are accepted in blue bins however they will not get recycled so it is better to throw them out. There are some places in the world that have very specialised CD recycling programs but they do not exist in Singapore.
Alternative
Buy or Sell
For original media, there may be a second hand market.
In addition to Carousell, there are some shops that specialise in 2nd hand music media including CDs and Laser disks. Google it.

Info & Insights
Note that our recommendation for this item goes against official recommendations which welcomes these CDs in blue bins. We believe these instructions are in error or out of date as there is no way for such CDs to get recycled. More info here.
Same goes for CD Jewel Cases
Old storage media like floppy disks are similar and should also be trashed.
