This kind of paper product cannot be recycled. The fibres are too short and will result in poor pulp in the recycling process.
Even worse: used tissue paper is often dirty and unsanitary. This makes it extremely unpleasant for recycling sorters.

If a used tissue is not very dirty, save it for small cleaning jobs like mopping up an oily pan or kitchen spills.
