Unfortunately most charities and textile recyclers will not take these. If it is no longer suitable for reuse, bin it.
Throw it out if
- It looks faded and old - discoloured, frayed edges, etc
- The cups are crumpled
- The shoulder straps have lost their elasticity - this makes them slip off your shoulders even when you tighten them
- The wires poke out
